plant-based alternative food ingredient developer RAWGA (hereinafter referred to as Roga) said it participated in the 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York from June 25 to 27.

The New York Fancy Food Show is the largest food fair specializing in overseas buyers in North America. More than 2,260 food-related companies from around the world participated in this year's fair, which marks its 67th anniversary, and 30,000 visitors, including food industry workers and media officials, visited the fair.

RAWGA had an interview with the Specialty Food Association (SFA), the organizer of the event, to introduce the strengths and differences of vegetable collagen and to introduce the inner beauty brand "PLANT."

"We expect vegetable vegan products to be a cornerstone for the popular North American market to expand vegetable collagen," said Kim Hyun-min, CEO of RAWGA. "We held many meetings with buyers such as Wal-Mart in July this year to expand offline contacts."
